Backing
An alveloar sound is replaced with a velar sound.
No age of elimination due to this being an uncommon process only seen in cases of severe speech sound disorders.
Potential Session Goals
Name will produce alveolar phonemes (/t/ and /d/) in initial and final position of words without the phonological process of backing with % accuracy independently/minimal/moderate/maximal cues over 2 consecutive data sessions.
